Please improve the technical quality of your files. There is no reason apply such strict compression settings in 2018.

@Joydiv thanks for the feedback. I didnt realize there was a preceptable loss in sound quality. I only listened to a few seconds of my first upload. I will check it out.
Trying to find best balance in quality and compression. I figure smaller the file, the faster it can be spread around. Any suggestions ?

64 kBps, 22,05-32 KHz, Mono, are a satisfactory, and widely chosen, compromise between size and quality.

You don’t have to be a liberal to realize this is bad science reporting. Even the scientists Wade himself cites call him on his bull. https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2014/08/geneticists-decry-book-race-and-evolution
